Her strategic planning expertise, combined with her skill in resource alignment and leadership development, have been instrumental in guiding numerous mature organizations through periods of growth and evolution. She has also played a pivotal role in shepherding emerging nonprofits from volunteer-led startups to thriving 501(c)(3) organizations.

education & experience —

Susan’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Michigan State University's James Madison College and a Master of Public Administration from Indiana University's School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Her dedication to the nonprofit sector extends beyond her professional life, including serving as the Vice Chair of the Board for the Huron Waterloo Pathways Initiative, an active volunteer at Circles of Washtenaw County’s Jobs and Education Team, and other organizations.
