WHY COACHING?
Why coaching?
Working in a nonprofit often means wearing lots of hats. As a nonprofit leader, you might have been promoted to a new position. Though you have the institutional knowledge and experience to fulfill the role, you may not have extensive high level leadership experience. With a board above you and staff reporting to you, it can be difficult adjusting to successfully navigating this new organizational landscape.
You have learned that passion and commitment alone are not the only criteria for success.
The good news is with the right tools, mindset, and accountability, you can increase your leadership impact, resolve organizational challenges and avoid burnout before it sets in.
Commitment and passion alone are not the only criteria for success.

A TYPICAL ONE-ON-ONE COACHING JOURNEY LOOKS LIKE:
We start with a discovery session to understand who you are as a leader, and the challenges you and your organization are facing.
An evaluation of your strengths and weaknesses allows us to develop coaching goals and chart your growth journey.
Over a period of 6 to 12 months we work to reach your goals. I serve as your thought partner, sounding board, and mirror, to challenge you, while holding you accountable to your growth journey.
Finally, we develop an outline for your leadership growth to ensure long-term sustainability of your leadership capacity.
